This is vital as it dictates what you will pay for your child's participation in this years upcoming football and cheer season.

Please note that if you chose to Opt-in you will only be responsible for your kids fundraising portion. Once you have paid in full and fund raised your obligation is done. If you chose to help any further it's totally up to you and will be noted.
